Terms and Conditions

  • Quotations and Pricing


All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing may be subject to change if the scope of work is varied, or if unforeseen conditions arise during the course of the job.
 

  • Deposits


A 10% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This secures your project in our schedule and allows for any necessary materials or trade resources to be allocated. Deposits are refundable only if no materials have been purchased and no trade resources have been allocated to the job. If either has occurred, the deposit will be used to cover associated costs and is non-refundable
 

  • Progress Payments


For larger scope projects, progress payments will be required at agreed milestones. These payment stages will be outlined prior to the commencement of works and must be paid in full to avoid delays.
 

  • Final Payment


Full payment is due upon completion of the contracted works. An invoice will be issued on completion, and payment is expected within 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 

  • Payment Methods


We accept payment via bank transfer (EFT), cash, eftpos or other agreed methods prior to commencement.
 

  • Late Payment


Invoices not paid within 7 days may incur a late fee of 5% per month. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services and recovery action, with all associated recovery costs being the responsibility of the client.
 

  • Variations and Additional Work


Any work requested outside of the original quoted scope will be treated as a variation and charged accordingly. All variations will be discussed and approved by the client before being carried out.
 

  • Ownership of Materials

 

  • All supplied materials remain the property of Elite Electrical Maintenance and Airconditioning until full payment has been received.

  • Warranties and Compliance


All electrical work will be performed in accordance with relevant Australian Standards and regulations. We offer a 12-month workmanship warranty and will honour any manufacturer warranties on supplied products.

  • Quote Validity


All quotes issued by Elite Electrical Maintenance and Airconditioning are valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the quote may be subject to review and adjustment.

  • Right to Cancel


Elite Electrical Maintenance and Airconditioning reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any quote at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or obligation.

  • Client Cancellations

 

  • If the client chooses to cancel acceptance of a quote after confirmation, any costs incurred or work completed by Elite Electrical Maintenance and Airconditioning up to that point may be chargeable.

  • Access and Site Conditions


Clients are responsible for providing safe and unrestricted access to the site. Delays caused by access or site issues may incur additional charges.
